Delegates

Are you passionate about leadership, aspire to work in business, or are interested in attending Queen's University? If you answered yes to any of the above questions, then QLEAD is for you!

As a Delegate, you will travel to Kingston for 4 days with a group of motivated, like-minded young leaders where you will have the opportunity to learn about business, leadership, and the Commerce program at the Smith School of Business, all while making new friends and having fun.

“Our son attended the 2024 QLEAD conference in grade 11 and came home full of positivity and a crystallized plan to pursue business post-secondary. He has been wanting to run for school president since he joined the student council in grade 9 and going to this conference just made him want it more. He came home clad in Queen’s gear and won the election a few months later. He loved the keynote speaker so much that he reached out to him personally to speak at his high school.
